Land for Sale for the purpose of developing a tourist village to be implemented in Herdade da Aiana, in the municipality of Sesimbra, Portugal. Bordering the EN-377 next to the access to Lagoa de Albufeira and Rua da Raposa, the intervention area is an integral part of Herdade da Aiana, located in the town of Aiana de Baixo, in the municipality of Sesimbra. Totaling 320,665 m², it corresponds to the rustic building described in the Land Registry Office under no. 7929 and registered in part of the rustic land registry under article 196 of Section LL1 of the parish of Castelo (318,755 m²),
In terms of land occupation, the intervention area is part of the transition zone between the Sesimbra Forest and the urban/urbanizable areas of Alfarim and Lagoa de Albufeira. It is, therefore, an unbuilt, very hilly area, composed of soils with forest suitability, without special erosion problems, occupied by bush and arable crops with predominance of the cork oak.
